Returns:

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item should preferably be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all packaging intact.

Exchanges:

• If the size isn’t right, we’ll gladly exchange it if the desired size is available.

• The same original-condition guidelines apply.

Notes:

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the issue is from our side).

• If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will handle the exchange/return free of charge.

Inside Bahrain:

• Delivery is usually completed within 24–48 hours.

• Delivery fee: 1 BHD.

• Personal pickup is available upon request with no delivery charge.

GCC Shipping:

• Available for most GCC countries.

• Delivery time varies, usually 3–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or based on the courier’s rate.
